 Dr Youngsuk Ko has over 15 years of experience and is a fully qualified GP and Fellow of RACGP. He completed his family medicine specialist & ENT training in Severance Hospital, Seoul, South Korea and Saint John’s hospital, USA.

Dr Ko has worked as a Family medicine specialist in South Korea since 2005 and has continued working as a GP in Australia since 2012.

Dr Ko is fluent in English and Korean with some knowledge of Japanese.

Dr Vahid Masoumi

Dr Masoumi, M.D, fellow of RACGP,  has over a decade of experience as a General Practitioner and became a doctor to help people live healthier and longer lives. He is passionate about patient-centred health care and improving patient outcomes. Dr Masoumi believes that prevention is the mainstay of medicine and should be the most prioritised aspect of a patient’s health and wellbeing.

Dr Masoumi is a qualified Specialist General Practitioner and member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, where he also represents General Practitioners on several committees.

Dr Masoumi is fluent in English and Persian (Farsi).

Dr Aston Wan - Specialist Pain Physician

Dr Aston Wan qualified in medicine at Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland. He is a Specialist Pain Physician and a Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine, Australia and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. Prior to his Specialist Training in Pain Medicine, he worked as a Medical Practitioner with a special interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Medical Acupuncture. 

Dr Wan is particularly interested in an integrative, multidisciplinary approach to the management of pain conditions and headaches. He has also been trained in medical acupuncture, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma injection, clinical hypnosis and professional coaching. Previously, he was the Director of Persistent Pain at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, QLD and Babara Walker Centre for Pain Management at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. Currently, he works as a staff specialist and supervisor of training in Pain Medicine for Monash Health pain service.

 

 

Dr Haeyoung An - Paediatrician

Dr Haeyoung An principle paediatrician of ‘Plus Paediatrics’ is a fellow of Royal Australian College of Physician and member of Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australia.

She has been working as a general paediatrician in South Korea and Australia for more than 20 years.

Dr Haeyoung An welcomes all paediatric cases, but she has a huge special interest parenting challenges, young people’s developmental and behavioural issues including developmental delay, ASD, ADHD or learning difficulty. 

She strongly values attentive listening to what child or their carer’s needs are during their consultation, and also communicating with all relevant people such as teachers, other carers or allied health professionals.

Heetal Varani - Massage Therapist

Heetal is currently undertaking a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University. 

Previously, she was a gymnastics coach, judge and traffic controller but today she’s a Sports Trainer for a footy team, in customer service at the MCG, workshop labourer and at Elite Akademy Sports Medicine as a Group Fitness Instructor and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist.

Sofia Modan - Counsellor

Sofia is a registered Level 1 counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). She has recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Deakin University.

Sofia also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree from Deakin University. She has valuable experience working with young people (particularly teenagers), and individuals with behavioural and intellectual disabilities.
